Q: Why is the book showing as $0?
A: This option is called "add to bundle" and is only to be used if you are purchasing a book bundle/box/date with a book and would like to select your books.
Q: What is the "just the book" option for?
A: This is when you want to purchase a book unwrapped and by itself.
Q: Why do some books have a $10 price when selecting "add to bundle?"
A: My bundles are priced with the cost of a paperback in mind. If a book has a $10 fee associated with it, it is a hardcover book. As hardcovers are much more costly, the extra fee is required to select that title for a book bundle.
Q: What if a book is available as add to bundle but not just the book? (or vice versa)
A: The way that Shopify tracks inventory is by the different options. If one option is unavailable, please reach out for assistance. I have to manually edit the inventory in this case.
Q: What if a book I want is sold out?
A: Please reach out! Typically books are able to be reordered and take 2-5 days to arrive depending on what day of the week they are ordered.
Q: Can you order a book that isn't already listed in the shop?
A: Most often, yes! I am able to order pretty much any published book. Occasionally titles are backordered and I will let you know if that is the case.
Q: What is the shipping time frame?
A: This varies greatly based on time of year and current lineup. If you want your order packaged on a TikTok live, the wait will likely be longer. During holiday season live packing may take around 2-2.5 weeks. If you ever need your order by a certain date, please reach out and I will do my very best to accommodate.
Q: What if I need to switch out something that comes with my bundle?
A: I am more than happy to work with you to create your ideal bundle! I have options for any items to be swapped out. Please reach out.
